Massage Therapies

Each treatment will have a consultation period, massage for the period of 1-hour (unless previously arranged for a shorter/longer period) and aftercare instructions. The massage we offer involves working on the soft tissue of your body. The aim is to aide the relaxation response, improve feelings of wellbeing and help reduce any physical pain you may have. The massage treatments offered include Indian head massage, Back Neck and Shoulder massage and Swedish, light and deep massages.
